Honda Helpful team members handed out roses to customers outside of local gas stations and coffee houses. Vendors all along Waterman Avenue were selling gift items to last minute shoppers. About 30 seniors enjoyed Valentines Day-themed games which included Bingo, and Steal My Hearts. The event was followed by lunch. The center will celebrate its 23rd Anniversary this Wednesday. Litel was a driving force in establishing the charter school in the Yucaipa community. The school, which has been opened since August, pursues a diverse and rich curriculum. One of its programs is the Friday Families program which pairs upper and lower class students together.
